This Affiliate Compliance Guide ("Guide") establishes the marketing standards and legal requirements for

individuals and organizations participating in the affiliate program of The Trading Floor Holdings Ltd.

("Company", "The Trading Floor", "we", "us", or "our").

This Guide forms part of the Company’s legal framework and should be read together with the following
