Broker Account Connection Agreement

The Trading Floor Holdings Ltd.

Effective Date: March 13, 2026

This Broker Account Connection Agreement ("Agreement") governs the authorization and use of technology

that allows users to connect brokerage accounts to software tools, copy trading technology, automation

systems, or related services provided by The Trading Floor Holdings Ltd. ("Company", "The Trading Floor",

"we", "us", or "our").

This Agreement forms part of the Company’s legal framework and should be read together with the

following policies:

• Terms of Service
• Privacy Policy
• Risk Disclosure
• Community Code of Conduct

By connecting a brokerage account to any Company technology, you agree to the terms contained in this

Agreement.

1. Authorization to Connect Brokerage Accounts

Users may voluntarily connect their brokerage accounts to supported platforms or technologies that

integrate with Company services.

By connecting a brokerage account, the user authorizes:

• communication between the brokerage platform and Company software
• API connections or similar technical integrations
• retrieval of account data necessary for platform functionality

The user may disconnect their brokerage account at any time through supported platform controls.

2. No Custody of Funds

The Trading Floor Holdings Ltd. does not hold, manage, or custody user funds.

At all times:

• funds remain within the user’s brokerage account

• trades are executed by the brokerage platform
• financial transactions occur through the brokerage provider

The Company never takes possession of client funds.

3. No Investment Management

The Company does not provide investment management services.

The Company:

• does not manage trading accounts
• does not place trades on behalf of users
• does not provide personalized financial advice

Any tools or technologies offered by the Company are software tools only.

Users remain fully responsible for all trading decisions.

4. Copy Trading and Automation Tools

Some technologies provided by the Company may allow users to:

• mirror trades
• copy strategies
• utilize automation tools

These technologies are optional and provided solely as technical utilities.

Users acknowledge that:

• copied trades may execute at different prices
• slippage may occur
• broker execution differences may occur
• account size differences may impact results
• technology errors may occur

The Company does not guarantee trading outcomes.

5. Broker Relationship Disclaimer

Users interact with independent third-party brokers when executing trades.

The Trading Floor Holdings Ltd. is not responsible for:

• broker execution quality
• broker outages
• broker security policies
• broker fees
• broker platform reliability

All brokerage services are provided exclusively by third-party brokers.

6. Data Access and Security

When connecting a brokerage account, certain account information may be transmitted through API

connections or technical integrations.

This information may include:

• account balances
• trade history
• open positions
• order activity

This information is used solely to support the functionality of the Company’s services.

The Company implements reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security of third-

party systems.

7. Technology Risk

Technology integrations rely on multiple external systems including:

• brokerage APIs
• cloud infrastructure
• internet connectivity
• third-party service providers

Technology failures may occur due to:

• connectivity interruptions
• server outages
• API failures
• software bugs

The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted service and is not responsible for losses caused by

technology disruptions.

8. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

• monitoring brokerage accounts
• managing risk exposure
• confirming trade execution
• understanding platform functionality

Users should regularly review their trading activity and ensure that connected technologies operate as

expected.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Trading Floor Holdings Ltd. shall not be liable for any losses or

damages resulting from:

• trading activity
• broker execution differences
• copy trading performance
• automation systems
• technology failures
• API connectivity issues

All trading decisions remain the sole responsibility of the user.

10. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Trading Floor Holdings Ltd. from claims arising from:

• trading activity
• misuse of technology
• violations of this Agreement
• violations of applicable laws

11. Termination of Connection

The Company may suspend or terminate technology connections for reasons including:

• violation of Company policies
• misuse of platform services
• suspicious activity
• security concerns

Users may also disconnect their brokerage accounts at any time.

12. Regulatory Non‑Affiliation

The Trading Floor Holdings Ltd. is an educational technology and trading tools provider.

The Company is not:

• a broker
• a broker‑dealer
• a licensed investment advisor
• a commodity trading advisor

The Company does not provide regulated financial services.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

Disputes related to this Agreement shall be handled according to the dispute resolution provisions

contained within the Company’s Terms of Service.

14. Acceptance of Agreement

By connecting a brokerage account to Company services, users acknowledge that they:

• have read this Broker Account Connection Agreement
• understand the risks associated with trading technology
• accept full responsibility for their trading activity

Users agree to be legally bound by the terms of this Agreement.
